Aircrew Unlimited: The Commonwealth Air Training Plan During World War 2 (1993) By John Golley

This book covers the whole start to finish of the Commonwealth aircrew training program in WWII. The British government were savvy enough to realise that it would be impossible to train the required number of aircrew in the UK alone. There would not be enough space, airfields or good weather to produce the necessary numbers. So, in conjunction with 5 Commonwealth countries, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Rhodesia and South Africa, plus the USA before it had even entered the war, a system was set up.
